Там Черноморский флот и части Отдельной Приморской армии крепко вломили "освободителям", пытавшимся взять город штурмом. Одессу румыно-немецкие фашисты так и не взяли с бою, они вошли в оставленный советскими частями город только спустя сутки, боязливо озираясь по сторонам.
