Денис Тадышев, избранный главой Балыктуюльского сельского поселения Улаганского района Республики Алтай, с 1 по 20 февраля находился в отпуске.
Выборы состоялись 9 февраля, решение избирательной комиссии об избрании - от 10 февраля.
После отпуска, 21 февраля, он прибыл в часть. В настоящее время находится в городе Донецке. В четверг, 27 февраля, уволен с военной службы и направлен для постановки на воинский учёт в военный комиссариат по месту жительства.
По возвращении в регион приступит к исполнению должностных обязанностей главы поселения.

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. Stocks closed in the red Friday as investors weighed upbeat remarks from Russian President Vladimir Putin about diplomatic discussions with Ukraine against a weaker-than-expected print on U.S. consumer sentiment.
