Речь идёт о сумме в несколько десятков миллионов. Взятки Любарскому, как считает следствие, передавались через посредника, в роли которого выступил депутат местного Заксобрания Виталий Красулин, связанный с деятельностью «Диетгрупп». Его с поличным взяли в конце марта. В отношении Любарского возбуждено уголовное дело. В настоящее время у него дома проводятся обыски. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
