Савеловский суд Москвы приговорил к 5 годам колонии автора «марафонов желаний» Елену Блиновскую по делу об уклонении от уплаты налогов и легализации денежных средств, передает корреспондент РАПСИ из зала суда.
«По совокупности преступлений, путем частичного сложения наказаний, суд окончательно назначил Блиновской наказание в виде лишения свободы на срок 5 лет с отбыванием наказания в исправительной колонии общего режима, со штрафом в 1 миллион рублей», — указала председательствующая судья Анна Козлова.
обвинение требовало 6 лет колонии со штрафом 1,5 млн рублей.
