Доход от 100 до 500 млн рублей задекларировали 174 южноуральца, от 10 до 100 млн рублей – 1232. Но самое интересное - богачи. УФНС насчитало 20 жителей с доходом от 1 до 10 млрд и трёх южноуральцев, зарегистрировавших более 10 млрд в 2021 году.
Забавно, что при этом средняязарплата в регионе составляет всего 30 тыс. рублей. По данным территориального органа Федеральной службы государственной статистики по Челябинской области, сейчас порядка 12% населения живут на доходы ниже прожиточного минимума. Но хотя кого это интересует?
Власть имущих - точно не интересует. Взять, например, депутата Законодательного собрания области Константина Струкова. По итогам года он стал самым зажиточным депутатом. Как и в предыдущие годы, депутат- совладелец крупной компании «Южуралзолото» остаётся на первых строках богачей Челябинской области. А жители, которые его избрали - поживут и так.

Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
