Также в планах - школа на 775 учеников и сад на 350 воспитанников. В рамках первого этапа ждем, в частности, одноуровневую подземную автостоянку на 668 машиномест.

Архитектура - APEX. Как вам? Мы же после просмотра рендеров безуспешно пытаемся избавиться от ощущения дежавю...
