На участке сейчас находится здание бывшего таксомоторного парка, которое «Платформа» купила за 711 млн рублей.

Уже много месяцев участок выставлен на продажу, но, видимо, без согласованных параметров мало кто хочет покупать участок в промзоне за 1,7 млрд рублей.

Тем более прямо через дорогу находится электростанция снабжаюшая Сити электричеством, то есть ничего кроме делового центра построить на участке навряд ли получится.
