Как заметили в ЖБЗ, фирма «Сезар инвест групп», связанная с Sezar Group, стала владельцем компании «Сити Девелопмент», на балансе котрой находится 20-й участок в деловом кластере «Москва-Сити». На участке одобрено строительство многофункционального комплекса на 179 000 м².

До этого момента «Сити Девелопмент» контролировали структуры связанные с бизнесменом Алишером Усмановым.

Ранее за участок планировалось выручить 34 млрд рублей.
