Для производства закуплено 500 тонн стекла и сотни тонн полимеров. Запуск планируется лето 2025 года. Часть оборудования уже приобретена, и отдельные виды оборудования будут доставлены из Китая. Некоторая часть оборудования разрабатывалась совместно с дочерними компаниями «Роскосмоса». Губернатор Калининградской области Алексей Беспрозванных поддержал проект, ознакомившись с первыми образцами.
