В части иных актов, которые президент совершает в официальном качестве, у него есть предполагаемый иммунитет. Для актов, которые президент осуществляет не в официальном качестве иммунитета нет.
Суд направил дело о попытке удержания власти в первую инстанцию, чтобы судья определила, к какой из вышеуказанных категорий относятся действия Дональда Трампа.
Буду изучать решение и по результам напишу более подробно.
