Да ещё и индивидуалисты, неспособные сбиваться в агрессивные бандформирования, что ранее носило название Орда, ватаги, казаки и т.п. А если в Хинтерланде и появлялись в деревнях агрессивные самцы, помещики побыстрее сплавляли их в рекруты, или те бежали на Дон или куда-то в Сибирь. Тоже своего рода начальственная селекция. Недаром самая распространённая русская фамилия – Смирнов.
