СМИ сообщают, что Роскомнадзор планирует контролировать все попытки обхода блокировок в России. Из проекта документа следует, что операторы услуг связи будут обязаны предоставлять ведомству сведения, позволяющие идентифицировать средства связи и пользовательское оборудование в интернете.

Хотелось бы услышать на этот счет официальный комментарий от Роскомнадзора на этот счет. Очень много интерпретаций.
Цель мне лично непонятна
