Жанр – детектив. Это уже шестая книга в серии. И есть по ним сериал, называется «Страйк» (имя главного героя). Очень рекомендую и почитать, и посмотреть! Но книга, конечно, интереснее.
Есть один нюанс. Сейчас произведения Джоан не выпускаются в России. Мне понадобилось использовать всю свою смекалку, чтобы отыскать хороший перевод. Кому надо – пишите, расскажу, где нашла 😀

Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences.
