- «Сайт, вот это забронируйте, пожалуйста» - «Списываем бабки. Менеджер свяжется с вами» ... звонки, сообщения, имейлы... - «Этот туроператор не подтвердил отель... Давайте спросим у другого? Там всего на 15% дороже» - «Ок...» - «Ой, нет. Остался последний номер, уже на 50% дороже. Вот можем предложить еще такие отели "на гарантии"» - «Спасибо, по такой цене (даже дешевле) могу взять на сайте отеля. Другие отели не нужны»
Потом еще разок напомнить, чтобы деньги вернулись.
