Автор инициативы депутат Артем Кирьянов считает, что пиротехника слишком доступна людям, которых обманом вовлекают в преступную деятельность через телефон или соцсети. С целью профилактики таких преступлений продажу фейерверков в праздничный период следует ограничить или запретить вовсе.
