Эта мера поддержки будет распространяться в том числе на усыновленных детей.
Сейчас право на первоочередное зачисление есть только у семей военнослужащих. Дети добровольцев остаются за рамками этого регулирования. И это противоречит концепции предоставления льгот и гарантий на общих для всех участников СВО и членов их семей условиях, о которой мы недавно говорили с Президентом.
Кроме того, при гибели военнослужащего данная льгота снималась с его детей – хотя очевидно, что о них государство должно позаботиться в первую очередь.
Наш законопроект решит и эту правовую коллизию, в пользу семей погибших ребят.
