В восьми регионах, в основном на Кавказе, полный запрет на продажу алкоголя в МКД действовал еще до принятия федерального закона.
Таким образом 80% регионов уже ввели ограничения, а с учетом тех, кто введет эти меры в ближайшее время, запрет будет действовать в 83 субъектах РФ.
