Зависимость от жёсткой ДКП очень высокая. Девелоперы, они даже не в минус, они в ноль уходят 😳. Так что передел рынка вполне возможный сценарий. Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so).
