Празднование 167-летия Махачкалы началось с запуска воздушного шара с баннером «Махачкала-167» с центральной площади столицы.

Далее в программе праздника: масштабная зарядка с участием именитых спортсменов, праздничный концерт в 17:00, а также мероприятия на разных локациях - открытие новой зоны отдыха, ярмарка, выставки, детские развлекательные программы и многое другое.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
