این تعطیلی شامل بانک‌ها، مراکز امدادی و درمانی و خدمات‌رسان نمی‌شود، همچنین امتحانات نهایی پایه‌های (نهم هماهنگ استانی بزرگسالان) و (دوازدهم روزانه و هماهنگ استانی) طبق برنامه برقرار است.

Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
