Год назад я написал что-то в том роде, что 2021- 2024, три года преследования Алексея Навального – это летопись морального падения режима и и т.д. Это действительно так. И режим в итоге опустился до убийства, довершил то, что не получилось сделать раньше.
Но сегодня нужно все же вспомнить, как мощно выглядело возвращение Алексея тогда, в январе 2021 года, как это было круто. Это действительно было круто и навсегда останется крутым. Пример личного мужества, политической смелости и – да, повторю это, – крутости. О подобном нельзя забывать.

During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result.
