Региональная мера поддержки введена в Кузбассе в 2023 году. Единовременное пособие в размере 1 млн рублей получают учителя, которые трудоустроились в школы сельских территорий и малых городов (с населением до 50 тысяч человек) и готовы отработать не менее пяти лет.
