Принимать решения, на какие именно участки пойдут деньги, будут на местах. В профильных ведомствах также назначат кураторов, которые позволят ускорить взаимодействие с муниципалитетами.
Видимо уже наперёд решили, что все ранее отремонтированные дороги будут заново перекладывать через год. Стратеги👍
