Во вторник 16 ноября в Брестском областном суде прошло рассмотрение апелляции Дмитрия Андросюка. Напомним, 21.09.2021 Ленинский суд Бреста в лице судьи Семенчука осудил его по ст.402 УК (Отказ свидетеля от дачи показаний) по уголовному делу брестских блогеров Петрухина и Кабанова.
Рассматривала апелляцию коллегия из трех судей: Николай Сенько, Сергей Березюк и Светлана Кременевская.

Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
