А пинчанина судили прямо в брестском СИЗО №7, сообщала прокуратура. Также ведомство сообщало, что пинчанина обвиняли в "содействии экстремистской деятельности" по ч.1 ст.361-4 УК РБ. Согласно материалам дела, мужчина 27 февраля 2022 года снял на видео полеты военных самолетов и отправил видеозапись т.н. "экстремистскому формированию". Куда именно был отправлен ролик — не уточнялось.
Итогом суда стало 2 года колонии общего режима, а также конфискация телефона "как средства совершения преступления". Приговор Сачковскому выносила судья Екатерина Груда 11 марта 2024 года.
