Таким образом, Кулеш стал 28-м человеком, кого осудили за пинские протесты в ночь с 9 на 10 августа 2020 года. Последний известный до того приговор был в апреле 2022 года (политзаключенному Олегу Ардюку).

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
