«Ко мне 2 месяца назад пришёл один из функционеров клуба «Крылья Советов» и сказал: «Вячеслав Андреевич, Вы там долги пересчитываете за «Крылья»? Вот у нас есть еще один долг - это порядка 36 млн рублей».
Я у него спросил: «А на что?». Он сказал: «Я не могу Вам сказать». — Почему? — Потому что это преступление, Вам знать не надо.
В конце концов он мне рассказал и выяснилось, что «Крылья Советов» должны 36 млн неназванным, судя по всему преступникам, которые занимаются коррупцией в судейском корпусе российского футбола. 36 миллионов. Губернатор региона, который является учредителем профессионального клуба высшей лиги в период проведения СВО».
Из заявления губернатора Самарской области можно сделать вывод, что команды вынуждены давать взятки за честное судейство в российской премьер лиге.
