Одно не понятно: если они "обучались за рубежом и вынуждены были прервать", то как они имеют промежуточную аттестацию? А если они продолжают обучаться в нашей школе на удаленке или на семейном, то где "прервали"? Или просто билеты дорогие стали, летать в вотчину Рособрнадзора неудобно и дорого?
