Сегодня вместе с сенатором РФ от Камчатского края Борисом Александровичем Невзоровым вручили памятную медаль Совета Федерации «За проявленное мужество» нашему юному герою Виктору Вышневскому.

Год назад Виктор и его друзья совершили настоящий подвиг. Возвращаясь со школы, они увидели мужчину, потерявшего сознание от приступа эпилепсии. Ребята оказали первую помощь и оставались с пострадавшим до приезда бригады скорой помощи.

Это настоящее проявление мужества, героизма и неравнодушия. Отдельные слова благодарности — маме, которая воспитала такого замечательного сына.

Поздравляю Виктора и всех причастных с Днем спасателя! Благодарю за ваш самоотверженный труд.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. That hurt tech stocks.
