Я пробую это вино последние лет 8, ещё когда все это было кавой (крайняя справа бутылка тогда тоже была кава, а не classic Penedés). Так вот интересно, как меняются подходы: 2010 - надпись на этикетке - выдержка в бутылке не менее 10 лет, сайт - не менее 7 лет, слева на фото 2016 уже написано не менее 6 лет. Когда-то при создании корпинната критиковали консорциум Cava так раз за низкие требования к выдержке. Ещё критиковали за низкие цены, но тут все в порядке, раньше Huguet стоил 10 евро, сейчас 15-16, Магнум 40-60. At Roca тоже с 10 до 15 доросла с переходом на Classic Penedés. Huguet. Потом опишу ощущения в сравнении 2010 и 2016, отдельно отмечу, что Can Feixes возят в Россию, импортёр Cavina,у них помимо прочего испанский винный бар и бутик в районе Остоженки.
