Природоохранный индекс региона равняется 35 баллам. Для сравнения, в Омской области, которая находится на последней строчке рейтинга, эта цифра равна 34. Промышленно-экологический индекс Красноярского края составил 47 баллов, социально-экологический — 67, а сводный — 51.
Рейтинг составляли на основе актуальных сообщений, публикаций и документов, которые описывают состояние объектов и процессов, а также ситуации, мероприятия и события в сфере экологии и охраны окружающей среды.
Тут нам уже сказать нечего — цифры всё говорят за себя. Пока экологией не начнут серьёзно заниматься, регион так и будет находиться на последних строчках, люди продолжат задыхаться, купаться в грязных местах и видеть вокруг себя помойки. Уж за это-то министру Павлу Борзых должно быть стыдно.

The picture was mixed overseas. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index fell 1.6%, under pressure from U.S. regulatory scrutiny on New York-listed Chinese companies. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides.
