Ранее по поручению Сергея Меликова была создана рабочая группа по формированию и доставке гуманитарного груза. В сборе гумапомощи активное участие приняли главы Кизляра и Кизлярского района Александр Шувалов, Аким Микиров, депутат НС РД Вагиф Абдуллаев, муниципальный депутат Шамиль Джамалудинов, главы сел, руководители промышленных предприятий, бизнесмены, предприниматели, общественники, фонд «Чистое сердце».
Груз будет доставлен также бойцам дагестанского добровольческого батальона «Каспий».
