Первую книгу мне подарила подруга, которая хорошо меня знала и поняла, что в декрете я долго не просижу. Это была книга Людмилы Петрановской #Selfmama. Лайфхаки для работающей мамы. Книга снимает напряжение, мотивирует, добавляет уверенности. Кроме того, там есть простые лайфхаки как совместить ребенка и работу - полезно. Да и вообще я люблю Петрановскую.
Дальше я начала активно смотреть вебинары психолога Дарьи Гинзбург - это просто находка. У нее хорошо сказано о роли женщине в семье и становлении мамы как личности - рекомендую.
Ну и конечно Валентина Паевская много рассказывает о том, как качественно проводить время с ребенком и совсем не важно при этом быть с ним 24/7.
