Об этом сообщил министр нацэкономики в кулуарах Мажилиса, рассказав о том, как ужесточение правил долевого строительства отразится на стоимости жилья в Казахстане.
"Делаем мы что-то или не делаем, стоимость жилья ежегодно растет. Ползучими темпами, но растет. Поэтому будем смотреть. В любом случае мы не можем подобное поведение поощрять и терпеть. Это, прежде всего, недопоступление средств в бюджет. С этим будем бороться", – сказал Серик Жумангарин.
Однако прогнозов, как меры по долевому строительству скажутся на ценниках, у него на сегодня нет.
