Одним из приближенных к новому-старому начальнику управления по вопросам миграции УМВД России по Липецкой области Емельяновой Т.В. сотрудником была ее последователь и преемник в должности - начальник отдела по РВП УВМ - майор полиции Козлова Ирина Владимировна.
Мигранты часто и обильно поощряли ее услуги. Огромный букет - пожалуйста, новые платья - конечно. Косметологи и парикмахеры - само собой! И это все несмотря на крайне скудный официальный доход Ирины. Связка Емельянова-Козлова успешно торговала почти всеми видами услуг отдела РВП, в Москве из 10 мигрантов на рынке 1 точно имел липецкий штамп. Спешно покинувшая должность Козлова, после ухода уже поговаривает о своем возвращении и потирает руки, помышляя о старых-новых доходах.
