В Элисте пьяные посиделки на выходных закончились потасовкой
📱Накануне в полицию поступило сообщение о том, что на 1-ом микрорайоне в одном из многоквартирных домов между мужчинами произошел конфликт, требуется помощь.
🔍Выехавшей на место происшествия следственно-оперативной группой было установлено, что в ходе распития спиртных напитков между мужчинами произошла ссора, во время которой один ударил другого в область головы предметом конструктивно схожим с молотком.
Пострадавший, 39-летний элистинец, незамедлительно был доставлен в медучреждение.
Сотрудниками Отдельной роты патрульно-постовой службы полиции УМВД РФ по г.Элисте по горячим следам подозреваемый был установлен и задержан. Им оказался 40-летний местный житель, который сознался в содеянном.
Следователем УМВД РФ по г.Элисте возбуждено уголовное дело.

On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
