🏙Правительство утвердило генплан Ташкента до 2045 года
В соответствии с документом, территории города будут разделены на зоны консервации, реконструкции и реновации. Все строительные работы должны осуществляться в порядке, установленном генпланом, с разработкой и утверждением мастер-плана и детального проекта.
Министерство строительства и ЖКХ разместит карты, определяющие основные параметры генплана, в Геоинформационной системе градостроительного кадастра в формате открытых данных. Хоким Ташкента будет ежеквартально отчитываться перед Кабинетом министров о результатах исполнения генерального плана.
