Подсудимого приговорили к 5 годам строго режима, штрафу в 4,5 млн рублей и лишили права занимать должности в государственных учреждениях. На имущество экс-чиновника наложен арест.
Александра Николаева признали виновным по ч. 6 статьи 290 УК: получении взяток в особо крупном размере. Следствие считает, что в 2022 году замминистра помогал бизнесменам получать государственные контракты в обмен на строительные материалы для обустройства дачи своего сына.
