Лолита сообщила, что не сможет выступить, так как организаторы потребовали за короткий срок собрать разрешения от ФСБ и МВД. Она отметила, что не успеет этого сделать.
Поклонники возмущены такими требованиями, ведь певица не признана иноагентом и не имеет судимости. В «Экспоцентре» заявили, что такие меры действуют в разных городах.
