«Главная цель этого реестра — это ограничить количество незаконно находящихся в нашей стране иностранных граждан, то есть тех граждан, которые утратили законные основания пребывания в нашей стране», — сказал Колокольцев журналисту Павлу Зарубину
По его словам, иностранцы должны до 30 апреля явиться в органы внутренних дел, легализовать свое нахождение, предоставить необходимые документы, после чего их исключат из этого реестра.
