В Коломне на днях прошел 1й научно-просветительский лекторий ИСТОРИЯ.РФ. Серьезное мероприятие, будем повторять. Выступали Н.Таньшина, Д.Конаныхин, К.Назаренко и др., все их лекции есть на RUTUBE-канале ИСТОРИЯ.РФ

Наконец, приглашаю на свою лекцию в Москве «Русская армия XVII века» в эту субботу, в 19.30. Все сборы от билетов идут на медикаменты для наших раненых бойцов СВО. Дело святое.

Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. In this regard, Sebi collaborated with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to reduce the vulnerability of the securities market to manipulation through misuse of mass communication medium like bulk SMS.
