🇺🇸Атомная подводная лодка «Montana» (SSN 794) совместно с эсминцами УРО «Michael Murphy» (DDG 112) и «Frank E. Petersen Jr.» (DDG 121) Тихоокеанского флота ВМС США 3 марта 2025 года вышли из ВМБ Пёрл-Харбор (штат Гавайи) для проведения учения «Black Widow 2025» (Черная вдова 2025).

В учении также примут участие подлодка «Mississippi» (SSN 782), базовые патрульные самолеты P-8A «Poseidon» из состава 4 патрульной эскадрильи (VP-4) и палубный вертолет MH-60R «Sea Hawk» из 37 вертолетной эскадрильи (HSM-37), размещенный на борту эсминца «Michael Murphy».

Учение является ежегодным и направлено на отработку практических действий экипажей кораблей и пилотов авиации ВМС США по поиску, идентификации и уничтожению подводных лодок условного противника.

Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress. Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
