Получил партию комплектов цифровой связи для бронетехники "Сотник-БЛ" от волонтёрской группы, делающей этот проект. На танки 4-й и 6-й бригад. Это цифровая радиостанция Lira DM-1000, она же - "Белфон", в защитном корпусе и с некоторым дополнительным "обвесом", предназначенная для установки на бронеобъекты.

Установку цифровых радиостанций на бронетехнику ВСУ массово начали сразу после Дебальцево. ВС РФ до сих пор массово эксплуатируют аналоговые радиостанции Р-123 и Р-173 и за полтора года большой войны, поднявшей с хранения огромное количество старой техники МО РФ так и не озаботилось чем-то подобным. Только волонтёры.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments.
