В Ярославской области действуют 26 центров тестирования комплекса ГТО: за первые три квартала года его нормативы сдавали более 28 тыс ярославцев, каждый пятый получил золотой, серебряный и бронзовый знаки отличия.

Но дело даже не в наградах, а просто в желании быть активным и спортивным. Систематические занятия физической культурой помогают нам обрести самое ценное в жизни: хорошее здоровье.
