По информации сервиса «Контур.Фокус», Николай Плаксин является генеральным директором АО «ВТС-Метро». А до этого он возглавлял АО «Балтийская строительная компания», которая специализировалась на строительстве жилых домов, бизнес-центров, храмов и метро.
