В Карелии создали Совет по сохранению и укреплению традиционных российских духовно-нравственных ценностей, который займется в том числе защитой «русского языка как языка государствообразующего народа».
При этом ранее финансируемые правительством и парламентом республики газеты на карельском и финском языке («Ома Муа» и Karjalan Sanoma) сократятся в объеме и станут черно-белыми. И нисколько не удивительно, что это вызвало негодование местных левых и беглых либералов.
В общем, хоть в Карелии угроза этносепаратизма перешла в разряд почти мифической, а мигрантские волны с далекого юга ей пока что не грозят.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
