Он назвал позитивным тот факт, что НАТО изменило отношение к своей сущности как оборонного альянса. Кроме того, изменилось восприятие мнения, что необходимо «сидеть и ждать, когда на нас нападут» и только потом — реагировать.
«Грамотнее не ждать, а поражать пусковые установки в России в случае, если Россия на нас нападет. Необходима комбинация высокоточных ударов, которые выведут из строя системы, которые используются для нападения на нас, и мы должны нанести первый удар»
Нас просили не создавать эскалацию конфликта, но при этом само НАТО нагнетает. Опять получается западные «партнеры» обманули, не может быть такого)
