Подлежал призыву на срочную военную службу в феврале – мае 2024. В марте С. без уважительной причины и, зная о возможных негативных последствиях, проигнорировал взятую под личную роспись повестку о необходимости явиться в РВК для прохождения мероприятий по призыву — медосмотра. Свою вину признал и раскаялся: причиной неявки в военкомат послужила🫣боязнь врачей. Суд, согласно ч.1 ст. 435 УК РБ «Уклонение от мероприятий призыва на воинскую службу», назначил ему штраф в 120 базовых (4800 руб.).
