Для начинки: с/с красная рыбка творожный сыр любимая зелень свежий огурчик
Взболтать яйца с водой и специями, жарить на сковороде, слегка смазанной маслом, под крышкой 3-4 минуты. Смазать блинчик творожным сыром, выложить зелень, рыбку, огурчик и свернуть в рол. Рол нарезать на кусочки шириной 3-4 см.
Начинка может быть любой: 🔵тунец в с/с + творожный сыр + красный лук + зелень 🔴авокадо + красный лук + помидор + кинза + специи
