В Секретариате ОДКБ в ходе консультаций на уровне заместителей Генеральных секретарей ОДКБ, СНГ и ШОС состоялся обстоятельный обмен мнениями о перспективах развития трехстороннего сотрудничества.

Участники консультаций изложили подходы по вопросам дальнейшего развития сотрудничества в целях взаимодействия в области безопасности, экономики и в гуманитарной сфере, призванной служить гармонизации отношений центров развития в Евразии.

Заместители высших административно-должностях лиц трёх евразийских организаций обсудили возможности подготовки документа, содержащего перечень очередных практических шагов по реализации этих подходов.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said.
